Sean, my uncompromising pal of the utmost character and integrity, if you will please notice what is a 14 minute walking distance in varying directions from the Hockey Hall of Fame on Yonge Street in Toronto, you will see that unless the gentleman lives in either the Steamwhistle Brewery, in the middle of Lake Ontario, under the railroad tracks, in a theatre or a hospital, it leaves few options as to where his temporary lodgings might be located.

Also, go (frank) yourself.
