Thanks for answering your own question..You DONT trde a first rounder that was a high pick until you see how good he can be..NY Rangers wanted to get rid of the Scott Gomez contract, why give them so much?? Habs cant make a decent deal anymore because for years, we got Screwed in deals, so teams think they can still take advantage of us..

If they are it's not cause he's black, Rask is signed for 7 years, Svedberg seems to be coming along quite well so it just may be that they feel he may not be willing to wait the time it would take before he'd get a serious look in Boston.

Hmmm, there was a parallel made...i'm certainly not as high as he is on Beaulieu. He is a great skater with over par offensive instincts but that's pretty much all.

I haven't look his stats to be honest, it just that technically he is average. Lateral moves aren't strong, he has issues five-hole and really don't play big/square for a guy is size. I have nothing against the kid but i don't see a top goalie prospect in him.

This would kinda be one of those times. But I don't think anybody had any idea that McD would be this good, or at least this good, this quickly.
