After the loyality the habs have shown him, and after signing him to his last big contract while he was still hurt and never getting close to what the habs paid for him during those 3 years in return due to his injuries, I would hope the habs don't have to pay ufa or above market value to retain him. And if they do then the team would be better off without him. |

What would it cost MTL to acquire St-Louis from Tampa?
Knowing that he is getting old and that he still has a year left on his contract at 5.7 million ... Wondering what you think it would take to get him Eric.
Would a package including Brière be interresting for Tampa?
Brière + ???? + 2nd round pick in 2014 (??? is an unknown average prospect)

St-louis + 3rd pick in 2015
Would that do the deal?
