Nope...How it's list on TSN is how it would end up...Top 3 in each conference guaranteed 1-6 and than wildcards..

of the two division leaders the highest ranked one plays the second wild card.. the second of the two plays the 1st wild card

the 2nd and 3rd place team of each division play each other

therefore.. if the playoffs were to start today the matchups would look like this:

Penguins vs Red Wings
Bruins vs Maple Leafs
Lightning vs Canadiens
Rangers vs Flyers

Yep we would for sure see a huge uptick in scoring had these guys been available,We didnt so we used our awesome depth ,at defense and down the middle.To create a beastly defensive type of team and it just shut down everything
