Hardly a troll statement, you could make a case for either of them and I watched every minute of every Canadian game. Both were dominant.

Certainly, but the Troll wrote "hands down". That's not a debate.

No one can know for sure. However, watching miller stop 35 -45 shots in games behind an uninspired, old and horrific D in Buffalo this year I can say that his Save % being higher than Quicks's behind a stude D TEAM including the D themselves leads me to believe that Miller may have made that one additional stop...maybe. Lastly, Quick was beaten 6 times in the Russian game...thank god for the posts and crossbar in that game...and a guy named Oshie. I did not see the Canadian game to render a decision.
I would agree that Bylsma is the man with the finger pointed at him. Should have done more to shake up the team. Further, I would like to understand his reasoning in deciding on Quick when Miller played the entire season out of his brain. That is what burns the Sabres fans, coles with coming back without a medal ... Question are justified.

Hitting the posts don't even count as a shot on goal, how is that being beaten? That's such a stupid argument.

And when Quick had better stats in these Olympics than Miller did in 2010, including better against Canada, no questions aren't really justified. Quick is a more talented goalie, he has a better resume, and he has a style that has inspired other goalies to change how they play.

Quick was the only one to show up the last two days, and to attempt to place blame or pretend like Miller would have done anything is asinine. If Canada beat Finland in regulation and USA didn't play them in the semi's they come home with a silver. Instead they lost to what everyone knew was going to be the best team and were so demoralized they didn't even try in the bronze.

By this reasoning Quick is twice as good as Lundqvuist since he only allowed 1 vs Canada where Hank let in 3...

If you get a defenseman that can actually play big minutes with Doughty and be the Nordstrom to his Blake. Then it slots everyone else into place on the back end. I love Willie Mitchell and Matt Greene but it is time to revamp the D. Paying Mitchell and Greene 3 mil each for what are now third pairing Dmen doesn't make sense.

To be honest the Kings have so much talent in Manchester if they do make a move make it to fit this team long term. Don't band-aid the situation and trade top minor league talent for a quick 1 year fix. No Gagner, Grabner, or Callahan. Get a player like Evander Kane or Naz Kadri.

I bet , But I would love it. I think it would cost to much seeing as you guys moved him for Schenn and Simmonds right ? I think Henrique would have to be the main piece but I don't know what the second would be.

Henrique, Greene or Zidlicky and Gionta would be a good start

I think Carter, Kopi, Doughty,Toffolli, and Quick are the only untouchables.

We don't need or want Zidlicky or Gionta. But Henrique, Greene and a pick? That would be lovely.

I watched it (painful). All respect to Miller, but no one stops that deflection off Benn aside from 98/99 Hasek. MAYBE.
