They aren't going to give up high picks or high level prospects for a rental. They might unload some of the unproductive old goats if they can (I doubt they can for various reasons) or do one of those conditional deals for picks but that's about it.

Definitely not. Especially with guys like Nyquist and Tatar and Sheahan running the team while almost every Swede and Russian (the one) we have gets injured. Its not like Vanek would work out like Hull or Robitaille did for us back in the day. We need to stick to our current group of forwards and work on beefing our defense with another strong top-4.
