Going into it, a lot of people said the Americans had the slightly better D and Canada had the better forwards (obviously).

But so far, it seems Canada's D has been coming through like crazy while the forwards for the Americans are looking like world beaters.

At this stage in history, Canada may have better talent overall, but at some point, elite is elite if you catch my drift. I think the talent gap is small as ever.

I think the offense of both teams is more of a reflection of how the other teams have approached them. Yeah we can say the D for Canada has been good, but is that a result of their play, or the play of the other teams focusing on Defense vs. Canada, as opposed to any offense. No team tried to open up, and run and gun against Canada. Which sucked as a fan, no high scoring games.

Yeah it is a lame thing to include there. Most refs never ban for it, and those that do are totally on a power trip abusing their authority. Kind of like a cop giving a speeding ticket to someone going 5 over the limit.

I'm doing my part by applying for editing jobs and such.

I had a media editing class last semester, and I was the only one to get an A in it. Mind you I was also the only one whose native isn't English.

People shouldn't be Richards to each other about anything. If you need to point out people mistakes to make yourself feel better then people need to work on getting a new life cause that's just sad.
