Oh we know it, but it really doesn't matter when you ice a team of all stars. Its not like we're going to see Kessel matching up against Scott. Once again, being from the states, some of you sure live up to the stereotypes of sheer stupidity.

The commentators and coaches are just absolutely idiotic for bringing it up. Shows the lack of knowledge of some people. It can't be reviewed in the Olympics, NHL, or any league. Was it a penalty shot? Of course. Can you review it? Nope. Therefore, no penalty shot.
