good talk lol

so if clarkson is winter.. and winter is coming.. does that mean clarkson shows up on the same date as the GoT season opener?

He has improved his defense tremendously since he started playing for the Habs. But the risk in Babcock's mind, especially since he is already getting scoring from the back end (and almost nowhere else, except Carter), is not worth the reward, correct.

truth is, pk is great, but the 6 in front of him are just that much better 'all around'.

i thought we could have used PK last game.

He'd only have 10 good games, but his 9th will be mind blowing.

he moves the puck well.. but does so at the expense of D sometimes.. a product of youth more than anything i think.

when you got a tight game like that.. you cannot afford any mistakes back on the blueline

so.. honest question.. where do you find team canada to be lacking overall?

(frank) me i have never heard so many complaints about an undefeated team

- Dozzer

I still think they are obviously the team to beat. My point from very early on and is similar with WJC's is that these guys over analyze and over think every situation. And it leads to making some suspect choices.

Buchnevich is a pretty good pick. Guy if he figures it out and comes over could be an excellent second liner, maybe even a first. Usual Russian problems...defense, takes selfish penalties when frustrated. Big dude with elite skating and shooting though. Should be 2-3 years away at least.

Tolchinsky is harder, dude is smmmmaaallll. I'd advise talking to Todd Cordell about him, he seems to have invested interests in him and has seen him a ton more than me.

So he could be a big hit: Semin, or a big miss, kugryshev. Well here's hoping it's the former.

Petan went 20th overall, I couldn't believe it. I thought for sure I could get him with my 25th pick, and even then was worried about reaching. I reached big time with Carter....the leaf fan in me haha.

I can see why Petan goes early, if you just searched the CHL main sites and looked at stats he'd jump out immediately.
