What's the reasoning behind not pulling a goalie when down by 2 at the Olympics? Is goal differential a tie breaker or something? I thought it was head to head matchup results, then goals for for tie breaker?

Standings are determined by points, with the first tiebreaker being head-to-head matchups. The next tiebreaker would be goal differential in games played between the teams, followed by goals scored in games played between teams that are tied.
