Next highest scoring would be Canada's Marleau, Perry, and Getzlaf line at 82

It definitely did.

The problem is, the games aren't at prime time in this or the next Olympics. And in the states, NBC isn't about to show them in prime time unless they're big games. The Olympics aren't going to help them to increase viewers in the USA.

With a World Cup of Hockey done at a time when hockey doesn't have to compete for prime time, they can show a lot more of the games and further increase viewers. It isn't about what brings in viewers, it's about what will bring in the most.

then i guess the NHL is going to lose star players - who will be paid in other league, ala KHL for 10 mil a year.
