How do you get Regin and PMB out of Olesz? You're a bit obsessed with Stan's recent trade.

Me thinks thou doth protest too much!

Easy DK. They all suck. C'mon.

2 minutes in the box for Elbows. You feel shame.
- DarthKane

It was worth it. It is what is known as a good penalty.

Too bad, you won't be able to use that La-Z-Boy chair you got for the press-box very much...

And now that he's after you, hopefully Q hasn't seen that "Healthy Scratch" tattoo you got on your back during the summer. He might get offended.

That was stupid too. Individuals dominating is different than whole countries dominating IMO. Wouldn't you be less entertained by a sports league with 2 teams?
- rollpards19

Dream team dominated - now it's a lot more competitive, largely thanks to the influence of the Dream Team.

Maybe something similar will happen in women's hockey.

But - tomorrow morning is US-Canada.

I was as effusive as anybody in my praise of Fro last year. I believe I called him the very definition of "quality depth" and the type of player that all champions have in their botom 6. That said, the pining for him and others from 2010 and 2013 gets a little old in my book. Last year was last year, let's move on and win again. New heros for a new year. Some turnover is good. Gotta have some hunger in the lineup.

I don't disagree. While I am a huge Frolik fan I do support the decision to trade him, it was the right thing to do for the team (which I've said several times). With the current make up of this group there just wasn't a viable long term spot that would keep both him and the team happy. I wish he could have stayed but Stan did the right thing. Plus, Stan's move to get Versteeg at 50% of his cap hit was brilliance and he fills the void on the 3rd line.

Turnover is always a good thing, and I don't imagine we're done. But turnover has allowed us to see the likes of Smith, Shaw, Kruger and Saad grow and excel. But there will come a time when some of these guys will go too. Saad will stay long term, after that it's iffy but my guess is Kruger sticking around longer than Shaw.

Thing is Saint. Ask those competing against them which they would prefer. I bet a very large majority are ok with it. You can always delude yourself as to how good you think you are. Athletes with the drive to be Olympians would want to compete against the best even if it means taking your lumps. There is no dishonor in being over matched. How else do you learn the things you need to improve?

Goalies don't get hit making plays.

By ALL accounts, TT needs to put on weight and strength. He has not played on NA rinks, been hit by NHL players, had to make decisions at NHL speed. He didn't even make his Olympic team, did he?

Why does everyone want him up here so seemingly prematurely? Why does everyone want him to possibly get his brains beat in?

Why not get him to Rockford for next year - or most of it - and let him get bigger, stronger, and more in tune with the NA game?

you aren't kidding. I really wish i knew more about computers. I can't believe you need so much code for one little pic. What do all these letters and numbers really do? Hackers really are incredible people. Hate their politics, though. But I'm amazed at how smart they are.

That's way harsh Philco, way harsh. Dude was integral in winning a Cup, plus it's almost V day....how about a little love for Brian Bickell Stanley Cup Champion?
- Ogilthorpe2

It is harsh bro..i admit it. And i've written many times here that I
Bickell.....but he's been stealing $$$$ most of the season
and i'm not down with that.

I appreciate everything he did during the Cup run and he seems like a great dude....but his performance this campaign has been uttttttttttter shhhhhhhhhhhit. for the most part. Injuries have obviously slowed him...but when you take the big $$$$....the night in/night out performance should be commensurate with the checks you're cashing.
