Because both the US and Canada are pretty good at it. The other teams are getting better. Really isn't much different than when the Soviets were beating teams 19-1. There are plenty of sports in the Olympics where one country dominates. By that criteria they should just abolish the Olympics.

Kane can succeed with a small skilled centre just was much as he have a big centre. Also, there's no guarantee the lines stay the same once Teravainen arrives. Maybe Q reunites Kane with Sharp and Toews then the puts Saad, Hossa and Teravainen together. There are lots of options for Q, some may work while others may not. People are excited about the possibility of TT being the solution to the 2C vacancy, but most of us realize it's far from a sure thing. We just want to see what he can do.
