I think it was a butt end. The Department of Player Safety is such a joke. If Kassian had done that, it would have been 5 games. Same with the bullpoop Hanzal pulled, put 2 of our "Top 6" out for an extended period of time, and only gets a $5,000 fine for a vicious cross check to Booth's face

Oh I agree, but if that were the case why wouldn't they have tried to make a blockbuster for both Edler and Schneider? I think its apparent they are trying to build their team in a different way.
