Any trade the Isles might make for Miller is a mistake. He will leave in the summer, and Isles will have lost more on top of the Vanek trade.

Do you think he would go to a team that he has vetoed a trade to? Do you really think the Sabres would be interested in trading to a team in the east when he really wants to go west NO WAY!

We are 12 points out with 23 games left plus teams have games in hand on us, and we are about to trade Thomas Vanek. We are out for the count. Doubt this happens. Garth busted on the deal with Vanek. There is now way he trades from Miller unless there is a long term extension and that just wont happen for several reasons. Plus Murray has gone on record saying he doubts any deals are done before the Olympic trade freeze.
