Investments from both governments will be required, as well as the approbation of the Federal governement to give the permit to have international flights.

I don't think everyone in Quebec needs the taxes raised for another stupid reason. This time being that you don't want the inconvenience of being forced into driving to Montreal because you have a flight to Florida.

depends on the concept they will go for but yes, price tag will end up well over 5B. Project will be an election announcement/promise next spring...if the older bridge doesn't fall before that.

You assume that with every investment, taxes are raised. Not every governement spendings come back every year... They have a budget for investments.
