Most places have chicken fried rice, bbq pork, breaded shrimp. Then there's places that might have that, but bust out pork lungs and tripe soups or chicken and duck feet.

Well American Chinese food is a lot closer to the real thing than people think. But he version we typically get is the "Chilis" version.
