I honestly cant see how Gagner or Hemsky work in the Kings plans. They already have guys playing theyre positions. They need natural LW'ers.

I am not a fan of moving Gagner and then having to eat some of his salary. If we move anyone and eat salary it should be Hemsky as he will be a UFA in the summer and more than likely doesn't want to play here anymore anyways.

Yup, just like Hemsky for breaking his foot last year, and injuring it this year by getting hit by a puck. If you get hurt in hockey by a stick or puck, you are weak, and injury prone and made of glass.

I still say we should have moved Hemsky earlier in the year because he was eventually going to get injured. We are just lucky that it wasn't a major injury this time.

Naaa I think he got his nagging shoulder problems taken care of when he went under the knife. Not sure his contract looks that good to most teams, but then again, neither did Horsucks and Mactarded moved him so better to get something for nothing. He hasn't been the problem on the Oilers this year. Still has a ton of speed.

He has had a decent season but the way he has been treated by management last summer, I can't see him re-signing with the Oil. Move him for something, anything.

Could get a 2nd or 3rd at the deadline. Won't be a total loss to lose him however. Need to move away from the skilled, non physical guys. I will miss some of his dangles though. Kid has had some sweet ones over the years.
