I would tell you that you'll love Wiese but your not gonna
- Bieksa#3

He's somewhat good when he realizes that he's a 4th line energy guy..it's when he thin he's too good to do more than just finish checks and tries to do other things that he's totally useless. He'll be motivated after the trade so they'll be okay with him for the next couple of weeks...but he's not good enough to be a trust-worthy player unless he's playing with 2 good bottom 6 players

Yup totally. We need him at 110% to have a shot.

Where does the extra 10% come from?

Higgins straight up or Hansen + 2nd. I'd also look at Tanev straight up.
- AlexF

No (frank)ing way. Hansen and the pick is a great offer. (frank) Tanev.

I'd rather just sell

I would not move Tanev for him at all. Hansen + 2nd for the Canucks at this time doesn't make sense either IMO. Higgins, sure I'd look at it.

Tanev I want signed for 3+ years and someone they keep for the "re-tool".

Team needs to get younger.

He was a top 6 guy in junior converted into an energy guy in the NHL. They generally don't succeed.

I had a heart attack when Booth got destroyed...I'm gonna cry if he's out for months and we can't buy him out.

Sestito, Richardson, Hansen...

Not defending Weise though, I made it clear last year that I wasn't a fan. Kind of a tweener, not a good enough fighter(or a big, heavy guy) or much of a pest..and not good enough at hockey. He's just a guy you plug into the 4th line..he'll make a big hit and score the odd goal but generally isn't effective against good teams IMO.

I'd be okay with Hansen and a 3rd. This would a hockey trade. PA has a couple of years on his contract; he might be the 2nd line winger we have been seeking for Kelser.

Montreal turned down Rene Bourque for PA. I would hope Booth could get it done.

Sestito hasn't played nearly enough in this game.

Ok, I sense that might be sarcasm lol, but as I mentioned a little while ago, I've really grown to like Sesito's game. Good work ethic, stands up for team-mates and fights anyone (even though he is not the prototypical 'heavyweight'/goon), has around 80+ hits, and even scored 5 goals (and that, with 4 minutes of ice time on average).

Exactly what I thought. What is the exact buyout window? Isn't it only for like 1 week before Free agency begins?

What's up with those two? Every time I flip over from the Isles game they're taking runs at each other

Lain layed out Boychuck...Boychuck then let his anger out on Booth and from then on they've been going at it pretty good.

Not sure how anyone can even spin this one as a moral victory. They still can't score in tight games against good, physical teams...I said the same after the original "moral victory" against LA when everyone seemed pretty happy with the shutout loss. Canucks get owned in the dangerous scoring areas...front of the net and slot...plus they generate zero offense from the rush outside of Kassian and Hansen when he doesn't do a Raymond impression.

Would be amazing if Booth brought out a crossbow for his last shift. Skate down the ice shooting Bruins in the chest and finishing with a kill shot on Marchand.

i thought it would be a blowout. lol

Did anyone see Gallagher vs Al montoya a few days ago. That battle in front of the net was unreal and it went on for the whole game. Do we have anyone that can battle like that for the whole game??
