The story would be how exhausted he is come playoff time like last year in a strike-shortened season.

For the past two years in his last 33 playoff games he's scored exactly one goal.

I hope Letang comes back next game and it isn't serious, but it always seems to be something with this guy. If you are going to make over 7 mil a year, you can't miss 20+ games a season. For whatever reason, the last 3 years he has been really injury prone. As far as Despres, its been over on this forum 100 times...if he isnt going to play, keep him in the minors and call up someone else. I don't care if it means Letang is missing 5 games or 20...no point in Despres coming up and playing every week or so.

I would ignore him all night and lay Karlsson out every chance anyone gets!!! I'm even OK with a penalty if you can get a real good shot on him. Then instantly smile at Neil. He would lose his mind and do something stupid to even it up.

Truly looks and feels like a playoff game. No love lost between these two. If refs want to let it go like they are it will get ugly in a hurry.
