i second that.... made the drive from TO to HFX a nightmare.. at least now you can avoid most of it thanks to the 30.

Union has no rights to dictate shift blocks since the service is required beyond typical business hours, can only dictate extra pay for night shifts and whatnot, and restrictions on amount of non-standardized shifts forced on an employee.
