What did cops do before the Breathalyzer? They made you do a series of tests to judge coordination. Could they not do this? Obviously not as cut and dry as a breathalyzer...but should be manageable.

Read the article, they take them into the station do more official tests. Though truth be told, I don't know what the tests are.

thats the problem.. without blood work, which they cannot demand, there is no full proof way to prove someone is high.

when I was in high school my brother was a huge smoker. He would drive everywhere before I had my license. When he was high he was 10x safer he drove like an old woman. When not high he drove like an idiot I always felt safer when he was high

Oh, that takes me back.. Good times.

And, we are arguing about the legalization of pot. Something we have all prolly done, this week.

It is not a gateway drug. Pot smokers are typically to lazy to walk through the gate.

It is non addictive, I do not crave it when I go away on business.

Over 20% of Canada smokes it on a regular basis. Ever hear of prohibition ?

In my experience, my buddies and I always preferred to scarf it right in the parking lot

There is a big difference in how it affects a person that never smokes it, and someone that does it often.

But take a couple of weeks off, and you are right back to newbie again...
