They should send Clarkson along on the plane, to take care of him.

Less, sure. But still harmful and addicting nonetheless.

the only issue i have with legalizing pot is that there is no road side test the police can perform to gauge impairment while operating a vehicle.

i have nothing against it, hell I still am a smoker, far less than in the past but I enjoy it as a night cap.

but i honestly believe that until there is a way for an officer to tell if you are inebriated behind the wheel.. it needs to maintain its controlled substance moniker

full reg practice yesterday.

Dammit.
Get him on the ice with Phaneuf, stand him about 5 ft wide of the net and let Phaneuf practice hitting the net.

HE'll be injured soon enough again.

haha no poop.. what a bloody mess it is.

here's the thing.. it was always a bloody mess in one form or another..

which leads me to think that humans are just, for the most part, a (frank)ed up race.

it wouldnt be if it were sold in stores.

how many times have you been to the liquor store and have someone offer you illegal moonshine?

when you force someone to buy it via illegal means they become exposed to other drug cultures.

there's no roadside test for cough syrup, is there?

Or a whole host of prescription medicine. In any case, just give cops the power to take you in if they suspect it(smell it on you, red eyes, arby's/taco bell in the car), and administer a test at the station. Quebec officers do this already: http://www.ctvnews.ca/can...ath-test-needed-1.1322378

What did cops do before the Breathalyzer? They made you do a series of tests to judge coordination. Could they not do this? Obviously not as cut and dry as a breathalyzer...but should be manageable.

There are such tests - relatively new but being accepted in Courts. More police forces are developing and using trained officers.

the problem with those tests is a good lawyer would have them tossed out of court in a blink of a red eye.

they need something that gives data and does not rely on the officer's opinion.

It doesn't cause a physical addiction, like alcohol or tobacco(or other drugs). You can form a mental addiction to anything.

I barely smoke weed anymore, and I don't get the shakes, or get moody when I think of it.

And, we are arguing about the legalization of pot. Something we have all prolly done, this week.

It is not a gateway drug. Pot smokers are typically to lazy to walk through the gate.

It is non addictive, I do not crave it when I go away on business.

Over 20% of Canada smokes it on a regular basis. Ever hear of prohibition ?

Read the article, they take them into the station do more official tests. Though truth be told, I don't know what the tests are.

the breathalyzer has been around since the late 50s

so basically.. its been here for the big traffic booms of the following decades when driving really and truly became dangerous.
