Ok so we've all agreed they need to make adjustments to better balance out their roster...essentially moving at least one of their more coveted players for defensive stability. - Colin Dambrauskas
Every successful team needs a number one defender, even if they're a mediocre one. Petry (Maybe a top-4 guy, but pooptastic as a number one) -Marincin (21 year old rookie) is the top-pairing and best duo...that's retarded. |

Oh poop - Glucky finally said something intelligent.
Brilliant, actually.
My daughter is going to a birthday party at the Chuck E. Cheese at Vic Park and Sheppard in a month.
I've already volunteered to do the drop off and pickup.
Although I may just drive north and find the fabled John Anderson burger on Vic Park... - Atomic Wedgie
I had a couple of birthday parties at that chuck e cheeses when I was a wee lad.
Johnny's is hidden behind a shoppers now... but there's more parking, so that's pretty sweet.
Picnic tables are gone though. |

So where it stands to reason, is that it would require moving one of Eberle, Hall, RNH for a player projected to be, or soon to be, top 2....right? Because you're not going to acquire an already proven top 2 guy...at least its very unlikely. |

Kulemin could lose 2/3rds of his current salary and still be over paid. |

He's a defensive specialist who is good on the cycle and will never hurt your team defensively.
You win with players like that because they help shut down other teams. |

Way overpaid at 3 million. Where did you hear he wanted a raise? Jay Mclement at 1.5 million and he's doing a much better job in the specialist role. |

Seems to me that defensive 3rd line guys that can still chip in 10-15 goals are worth about 3 million per year on the open market.
If Kulemin would sign on for similar money for 2 or 3 years I'd do it in a heartbeat. |
