Underground rail is infinitely superior to it's street level cousins, King should have been converted to subway long ago.

The daunting costs upfront that they whine about will be dwarfed by the long term costs of a city that's going to literally suffocate itself due to short sighted transit decisions.

Apache burger is the only one I've had, it was very good...not sure it's top-25 in a city as massive as TO good though...maybe it's been too long
