I don't really understand what people expect.

Personally I would have preferred a pick, but I guess GMs weren't lining up to acquire Diaz. Main positive in this is that it looks like they intend to keep Beaulieu around.

With Drewiske coming back from injury, it was obvious they were going to move someone. Diaz made the most sense.

As for the rest, I never saw a minor trade draw so much butthurt on twitter.

ya pretty ridiculous , hope Diaz does well in Van. but I'm not hurt to see him go. I imagine he was looking for around 3 million per and he's just not worth it.
