Nope. I'm done.

I've stated my case, used both analytical and anecdotal information and it's been rejected. Some people just like to argue, I'm not going to waste my time. I just wish he was playing better, regardless of numbers, and want him to play better as long as he's on the team I root for.

Good weather back there?
Hmm that's a change.

By Corsi the Flyers lost the game in a blow out yesterday.
Good thing they actually won.

kings blogger wrote a blog before yesterday's game that he thought the kings were being kept on the perimeter and not getting enough quality shots which seemed to be the case for me ...

and yes we are finally having a nice weather weekend thank goodness

He's right, though -- there's nothing more to be said.

Either Grossmann will play better, or he won't. Some of us feel he's been awful, others defend his play. At the end of the day, what matters is that the Flyers keep playing him, and they'll either make the playoffs or they won't.

Everything else is just opinion.

Same here. Kings definitely had some good net mouth scrambles and plays around the net where Mason made some big saves. Also some puck luck with a puck hitting the post. But about time the Flyers got some luck there. But overall, I don't think the quality of the Kings shot was high. But definitely some big saves by Mason when it was needed. He was great.

Something's off with that team -- their production is definitely worse than the sum of their parts.

He did, one report says he was found with a needle and substances. It's sucks and it's a waste. He was such a brilliant actor. He could play any role well.

They should be so much better than they are. They've gotten really mediocre goaltending, for sure. But also have quite a few guys unhappy to be there.

Its kind of been like that for years, hasn't it? Boudreau was kind of made the scapegoat and he appears to be a capable coach in Anaheim. McPhee has been there a long time with limited team success in the playoffs under his watch.

Yeah -- that's what it smells like. Martin Erat's a veteran. Him openly not wanting to be there...that's something that McPhee might live to regret, not addressing that.

I agree with that -- Boudreau was definitely the scapegoat there.

It's funny. Oates has never really settled on a goalie, even though Holtby was good in the playoffs that one year, beat Thomas and nearly Lundqvist.

There's just something...that one smells like players not buying in to what management is selling.

Don't know he's not trying to address it, he's not going to move him for what he feels isn't a reasonable return.

They expected Holtby to be the guy, but he's been really inconsistent. Neuvirth has had some solid moments, but he's been up & down as well. There's more rumors that they're going hard after Miller

Not sure there's a ton of interest, Erat's been Ville Leino'ing it this year...Still hasn't scored a goal

That's what's bizarre...Erat's been on the fourth line some, been a healthy scratch some. The production just isn't there.

We all know what McPhee paid to get him there. He can't be seriously expecting to get that kind of return back, right?
