Not sure there is any validity to Ek saying Sharks are interested in Calahan but damn he would be perfect for the Sharks on third line. Even if it's just a rental he would be perfect this playoff to compliment the top scoring lines once were all healthy. In the past DW has gone for big names at dead line (Guerin, Campbell) but this heartnsoul guy could be the difference. What would it take to get him? What could we give up? Remember he's a rental.

I highly doubt if the Blues were to trade for Callahan that they would resign him long term. It doesn't seem like a Doug Armstrong move, the kid isn't worth $6M+ I'd rather see the Blues keep Stewart then trade him next year. Stewart is more of a physical presence than Callahan is anyway.

No offense to the Maple Leaf fans here but I don't think the Blues would want any of your players, with the exception of McClement.
