So now's the time to move Raymond for a 2nd/3rd rounder?

JVR-Bozak-Kessel
Lupul-Kadri-Kulemin
Bolland-Holland-Clarkson
McLaren/Ashton-McClement-Bodie

This probably can't happen until after the Olympics though. Hope they don't rush Bolland back before then..

- iTOLDu

Raymond getting lots of love lately.

i was at the game on Tuesday and the guy behind me hated Raymond, as soon as he climbed over the boards the guy went nuts!!
"Raymond, get off the ice!" "Raymond, you suck!" Raymond, where the frank are you going, the Tampa net is the other way" it was fun to listen to.

was a great game also.

RNH will be alright, once that team figures it out he'll be ppg+ IMO.
- LeafsFan64

If they get Ekblad in this draft....this team will be a playoff team next season. And RNH just needs a summer with Gary Roberts. Even then I think next season will be his coming out party....Turris for example looks great in ottawa now.

How good has Ryan Johansen turned out? Kid looks legit, he just slows down the game completely when he carries the puck into the offensive zone.

Always like him.

He's going to be 20 this year. He's clearly hit his peak already. They really should trade him. Centers are overrated anyways.

No. Hes the only NHL'er who looked like a 16 year old at the world juniors ever.

That boy needs a barrel of creatine and a bowflex.

and to think last year the TSN Panel said that RNH >>>> Duchene

- Rockhead_37

RNH is in desperate need of PEDs.

So with Fraser's $1.275M off the books and Franson's $2M going the other way in the deal, that should clear up enough cap space to accommodate Girardi's $3.325M

Short 40-minute session for Leafs; Bolland stayed out the whole time; 1st full practice since returning to ice

- burn

like I said, the moves made were to allow them to activate Bolland....maybe...

He started off great..but has fell off. One thing I do like Raymond for though is his puck control on the half boards on the PP. Sometimes he pulls out a little too many spins but all in all I just don't think he fits anymore.

Id give my left nut to land Duchene.

Kessel already tried that and settled for Bozak.

You honestly believe Clarkson will get a 1st right now??
- Canuckleafer

In the summer I was getting slammed for saying Clarkson was a 3rd liner.
Do the Leafs have any buyouts left?

I think Mac hit his home run already. Said before Scrivens went to Edmonton that Ranford fixed him. You guys will be fine next season, you'll see. And with Nurse and Ekblad....wow.

I'm not sure why Edmonton does this deal. It's no massive win for the Leafs or anything...

But even if neither of those guys ever plays a game in Toronto, shedding the cap space is a win.

- Feeling Glucky?

have you seen our D? We get a Defenseman who can hit and fight for 2 players that probably would never be on the team, it's pretty obvious why they did it.

Turris looks good, great might be a bit of a stretch. He's pretty much Bozak 2.0 just 2 or 3 years younger.
