Trying to make sense of this but... we brought clarkson and gleason to this team, they are both tough SOB's, dont get me wrong gleason is excellent for what he is doing and is arguably our only bright side on defense right now, but where are the huge hits and fights at? I would think we are a more scary team than last years? What gives with this team now i dont understand, we were feared last year, this year not so much

Grabovski was annoying - he'd hit anything and bounce back up (or get run over and bounce backup).
Komarov was a hitting machine.
Orr and MacLaren were mean all year - this year they look disinterested.
Mark Fraser could skate a little last year....this year not so much.
Last year the Leafs would dump and chase with the intent of going down low and banging (frank)ers - this year they dump and change lines.....relentlessly - limited fore-check and more rely on the counter attack rushes.

Mason Raymond is as soft as baby poop.
Clarkson is built like a 12 year old girl and falls over when ever he goes near other people.
I think Gleason is bringing the toughness.
