You brought up a specific play so I'm commenting on a specific play. In that situation when you're 2 feet from your own blue line and you have 2 forwards crashing in at you and you have no puck support, hell yeah - you just get it out. The Panthers would have had to have gotten back onside and by that time Bozak is back on his skates, and you don't give up that goal.

to be fair he was passing it to Bozak who was only 2 feet away...anyways..I know I brought up the play as I read all the hate when it happened last night...

I value your opinion although I disagree on some parts..but I realize he's not perfect nor do I believe him to be. As I've said many times...I believe he brings more to the team RIGHT NOW then Gardiner.

I think he's doing a fine job as a 4th line winger - getting the puck in the opposing zone and mucking around in the corners and letting his face get punched as needed. What are you expecting of him?
