well sharks shut out in back to back games and the kings can't score lately either. Ducks tonight their coming off a loss will the flyers be their elixir or will flyers take it to them? I expect the flyers to play well actually in these games |

Didn't you hear? They're bringing in Ben Scrivens for a one-night only showing. - Tomahawk
Amazing. All the problems the Oilers had, they just needed Scrivens and now everything is just fine. |

Not to be picky but can we please stop listing pronger under the " potential scratches"? We all know he's done. It's just plain out depressing to see every game projected line ups. Thank you |

How does a team give up 59 shots, and over 100 attempts? Even after watching the Flyers all year, it's still mind-boggling. |

He'll score. Don't worry.
Is there any active future HOF player that does not have ridiculous numbers against the Flyers. - PhillySportsGuy
Their fourth line has combined 58 pts. (not sure how often these guys are paired)
Flyers combined 21 pts.

Have you seen the Oilers defense try and exit a zone. They make the Flyers look like the Blackhawks |

I think they use Selanne as a pinch hitter. They know they can't use him all game, but they bump him up into the top 6 for certain shifts. He gets PP as well. |

They are such a cluster(frank). Their defense is atrocious, their goaltending is below average and their forwards don't help the defense at all.
They're entire top 6 is made up of the same exact types of players. No veteran leadership. The sad thing is if they miss out on Ekblad, they will either have to reach on a defenseman, trade down or trade the pick outright. |

apparently it really is OK to have a skill player on the 4th line. Ducks seem to be doing OK this year.
but no, let's force B Schenn or Vinnie out of their natural center position to wing, so our 4th line can have energy guys and enforcers
- Marc D
Agreed, Rosehill and Hall should be in the top 9 |

I get the feeling Teemu is more likely to be contributing in 5 years than Vinny - PhillySportsGuy
I don't own jerseys or t-shirts or anything for athletes that don't play for Philly teams, but I'd consider a Teemu jersey.
Old school Winnipeg Jets jersey, of course.
Always been a Teemu fan. |

Their 4th line RW is Teemu Selanne and ours is Zac Rinaldo.
Different philosophy, different results. |

I'm kind of curious how close the Flyers are to the cap ceiling. I know they've used Pronger's LTIR. I bet they have very little wiggle room. |

Even more so than the carefully scripted "hot stick" by Ovechkin? |
