I've been in all three cities for Winter. Iciest conditions existed in Edmonton. Toronto is generally very mild during winter in comparison with the other two. Further more, the thaw effect which causes the ground to shift happens worse in the prairies as the land is softer

1) Doing those kinds of drugs kind of affects your ability to do your job.
2) Doing those kinds of drugs affects your mental health.
3) He's not helping this city. At all. He's cutting services people use. He's lowering taxes. He's still raising city spending, year after year, and by 2015 there's going to be no money to spend... guess what that means for taxes!

No kidding, sitting in traffic with a running car for an hour (heater on in winter), stop and go the whole way. It's gotta use more than 4 bucks of extra gas.

Of course, that's a transponder price too, which is an extra 20 some-odd bucks a year. Still. I have incomprehensible road rage and the 407 did wonders for my sanity. Well, until I stopped working in Oakville. Now I have quite the enjoyable commute at no incurred extra expense

I see all kinds of idiots waste an extra hour or 2 out here avoiding bridge toll charges. If the money's so (frank)ing important pick up a 4 hour shift at Wendy's and come out ahead.
