D'Amigo - McLement - Kulimen

Phaneuf - Giordano
Rielly - Gleason

Yup, and it worked great when Kessel was on fire and sucked when he wasn't, he does what he does. Elite player, but (frank) he can be frustrating.
- AdamFrench

Kadri definitely wasn't helping things at all, though.

Kessel is far more consistent with Bozak up there. He's kind of a stabilizing presence. When Kessel is off, Kadri isn't going to do the little things to get him going.

What is the actual CBA ruling on players returning from retirement?

Would he have to go back and honor his deal with NJ?

- Leeman4Gilmour

Nope. Just like Forsberg when he was "returning" he could sign with anybody. When you retire, you end your deal.

However any person retiring from retirement needs to get the approval of every national hockey league team before being eligible to sign with a team...so ya...New Jersey would have to be on the Jesus juice or something

And their division rivals would be crazy to let him go back there, as well.
