first off, I would just like to say how much I enjoy reading these blogs, not because the intelligent material, but because of all the immaturity that follows. it is hilarious. I bet we are all grown men sitting here insulting each others team all the while being responsible parents and telling our kids not to insult other people.
that being said, all of yall are stupid. pens def don't need a 4th center. we need a top 6 wing and 2 or 3 bottom 6 wings, that's pretty much it. |

Your right. As soon as you say you prefer one player over another, homers take offense. I don't understand why people cannot be objective. BTW a lot of them are young adults living in their parents basement.
Pens will be fine. You need solid goaltending come playoffs.

yeah we def need solid goal tending and I don't think fluery is the answer to that, been watching the pens every since marc andre came on board and he looks shakey and has since the post season blow out in philly a few years past. what team has a star caliber goalie and a winger that they want to trade for defense?
btw, I was serious when I said it was hilarious, I don't read this site for info, I read it for laughs, so please everyone, carry on insulting each others moms and what not |

If I were the Pens I would take my chance on Brodeur. Won't cost much and he is still a clutch playoff performer.

that is an excellent idea, didn't think about that option, I was really hopinf for a goalie and a winger in one trade(miller, moulson) but in all reality, buffalo will be asking the world for those 2, so marty is def a better option. whom does that leave for a winger then, top or bottom 6, doesn't matter.
by the way my mom is a lot of fun, you are correct. (fun in bed too) |

Jagr/Brodeur would work just fine. |

Miller and Moulson is going to be way too much. You can't empty your picks and prospects every year. Someone needs to step up. There is always Daniel Briere but he still has another year at $4 mil. Maybe Ray Whitney or Gaborik |

In fact I think both players deserve to get another shot at the Cup. Leadership would be out of the charts. |

Maybe NJ would ask for too much. Brodeur is like their Mario Lemieux and Jagr still has value around the league. |

Whatever the Devils could get will be fine by them. Brodeur will only go to a cup contender. Pitt and STL are the only 2 cup contender that may want to go with a proven goaltender. |

Let's not forget that Loui Eriksson is a very good player. Too bad he got hurt Teixeira already. |

Also needed the cap space and he did act like an immature, out of control 20 year old. During the playoff, they had someone stand outside his door so he would not go out. As he matures, he will be a superstar. |

Of course he is. U wouldnt give seguin for anything less.
Either way, dallas got the best player in the deal and a burgeoning superstar 1 center going forward |

Yeah I guess the trade was a wake-up call for him. I've heard the same thing. |
