Agreed
I also thought that the pairing of Coburn-Streit looked good. Streit needs to play with a mobile partner like Coburn to be successful.

Streit leaves his defense partners hanging out to dry sometimes. I see Grossmann forced to make several plays just to thwart an odd man rush.

Grossmann, Schenn and Coburn are all similar in that they need a reliable partner in order to be effective. Timonen can make any defense partner look good.

Parlaying Grossmann into a more mobile SAH, RH guy via trade, while keeping Gus in the lineup, would do wonders for the current mix.

yeah, that would be nice. Not gonna be easy and would most likely cost this years 1st at the least.

Maybe Boston would be willing to swap Boychuk for Grossmann, since they have Kevan Miller in the fold now and need to fill a spot on the left-side with the Seidenberg injury? Or Carolina would look to swap Jay Harrison for Grossmann?

Maybe teams like Montreal or Columbus or NJ would be willing to move guys like Nikitin and Diaz and Fayne to get something before they hit UFA? A guy like Grossmann fills a need for Montreal, in particular.

So, Flyers won last night.

Over/under on posts by 2Real with any kind of positive connotation?
