With Montreal struggling, I'd love to see pacioretty on the pens.

I doubt Montreal's interested in moving him. He's locked up for 3 more years.

If Subban contracts go sideways, maybe they come calling for Letang

They have a ton of cap space going forward, maybe they will want both of them. haha. But seriously they have $26 Million available with Eller and Subban the only two big RFAs.

I think Subban gets more or the same as Letang, cap-wise and length.

We just all hear the rumours of Subban and Management butting heads, dont want to pay him what he is worht is the constant story you hear.

Subban might want to be traded who knows, but I think they resign him to max term

I know of a certain team that has an offer sheet and isn't afraid to use it...

Bob McKenzie speculated a few weeks ago Subban's AAV will be 8-8.5

Ott: if you watched the Pens in the playoffs last year.
Moulson: if you didn't.

- Only_A_Ladd

lol. I agree, grit is much needed on this team. They need a way to get some dirty goals. Let Sid and Geno create the pretty plays.

Moulson looks better on paper, Ott is the need IMO.

Big fan of Moulson's and he would be tremendous here, but I DON'T want to give up prime asset(s) for a rental. We need an Ott type, but he won't come cheap.

With the cap going up and him realizing how much they need him, I can see it happening.

Moulson please, no Ott, too slow and not needed.

PAP would be a solid addition for you guys. He is an interesting case for the Avs as well. Right now playing 3rd line with MacKinnon and Talbot but probably should be playing with Stastny or Duchene instead.

But McGinn with Duchene and O'Reilly and Stastny with Tanguay and Landeskog have been such good lines lately, its hard to bump one of them off.

Losing him would be too big of a hit with the Avs playoff bound, and I dont think you have the forward depth to send something back to replace him It would be more of an offseason trade if anything

McGinn for a Dman is the better option for both teams.

I wanted him as a FA the other year.

i am still surpirsed that he expected return for Ott is similar to Moulson. I would think they would want more for Moulson. if cost is the same, Moulson.

Looks like Gibbons is skating with Sid tonight. That should help!

Not the greatest, but he is quick and is a hard worker along the boards, and that's all Sid and Kunitz really need

I would pass on both players. They are slow and could never keep up with the top 2 lines.

Yes, that's a big plus, but gibbons played very simple hockey and that's all they need.

Gibbons has some decent puck skills. Speedy too. Kobasew has neither or at least displayed neither.

What did you expect from a guy who was only at training camp on a try out basis he's only making league minimum almost half of glass and glass isn't twice as good as he is.

Did I really see Glass on the top line for a few shifts? I guess I shouldn't criticize that, because we don't see practices, or see if he is watching film right?

Megna having a nice night so far. Gibbons not too bad. He was a bit shaken up after a hit a minute ago though.
