Gardiner for Gagner????I was always taught if you dont have anything smart to say...say nothing at all - Daddichronic
Ditto.........Gardner for Gagner........not a chance. Gagner is ok on the Oilers, he's got some heart and they need that. But, no way he is worth giving up Gardner. |

Never been to either city but everyone I know who has been to Boston say it is incredible. Great history and architecture, not to mention the bar scene! - JuiceMcT83
Yeah for Culture I love Boston, really can beat it unless you are in New Orleans etc..... |

Vancouver is beautiful, would be perfect if not for the people..... - SgtSerge
I lived in Kitsilano - the birthplace of lululemon pants. Had an apartment 2 blocks from the beach. Between the ulu's and the women trying to one up each other on kits beach during the summer, I didn't mind it one bit.

I really enjoyed my time in Boston. Went to watch a Jays game with the wife a couple of years back when Boston was equally as bad as the Jays. The fans were great. Good food - in fact still the best pizza I've ever had. Every baseball fan needs to watch a game at Fenway.

San Diego is pretty awesome.
I'm a west coast type to begin with - I like San Francisco, Seattle's alright - too similar to Vancouver. Portland's very underrated, but of all cities in the US pacific coast, I'd choose San Diego. I loved that place. - Canuckleafer
Used to live in San Diego...
Pacific Beach to be exact
It's great there
Also lived in Manhattan, which was great, just crazy expensive...
My place there was 1/3 the size of my apt in Buffalo, but 3xs the rent
Never lived in Boston or Toronto, but been to both a lot
They're all great cities
And Buffalo isn't the "dump" it gets credit for being
The Elmwood Village was awarded one of the "10 best neighborhoods in the US"
And the suburbs are also great
There's a reason so many athletes keep their home here even when they leave the Bills/Sabres and even stay once they retire from wherever
Do parts of the city need work?
Yes... Some need A LOT
But there's some great places too
Any city is like that

Wrigley Field in Chicago is the best, with Fenway a close second
For the newer stadiums,
Pittsburgh is awesome & the new one in Arizona is pretty good too |

Agreed about Buffalo.
I used to live there.
Suburbs are awesome, and some of the safest place to live in America.
The city itself needs attention.
As far as people go, you couldn't find more friendlier people anywhere.
I love Amherst and Williamsville.
I still have many friends there, and I go up to visit, and catch some Bills and Sabres games.

I went to Wrigley for the first time this year. I really liked it but Fenway's still tops for me.
A buddy of mine is a pilot for a regional airline out of Toronto. He has a lot of layovers in the states and is a huge baseball fan. He's been to 15 stadiums in the states and said the best new ones are PNC Park in Pittsburgh and Target Field in Min.
Anything but Tropicana is better than the Skydome. It's the Shea stadium of domes. |

still wouldnt be fair, but regardless the leafs wouldnt have the cap space. not to mention that pick isn't even 1st right now, and probably won't be since buffalo will be locked for 1st once they trade miller. |

Who keeps making up the rumour that the Leafs have ANY interest in Gagner? Think for a second. Why would the Leafs want Gagner? Where would he fit in the line-up? Stumped!
I will eat my own poo if the Leafs ever trade anything more than a late round pick to acquire Sam Gagner! |

I tend to agree that right now Gardiner has more trade value then Gagner. But man oh man, I'd like to know what kind of potent bud they're selling in the leafs threads here.
