This said, if Poulin didn't blow, we'd have won that game, 3-1. All those great saves don't make up for the two sh*t goals he gives up every night. I think they scored that first one from the parking lot.

Cappy was right on that one...the refs called it a goal...Toronto fu cked them...

When Vanek scored I almost turned it off, but then I remembered how we get treated by the league and knew it was going to be reversed .

The Islanders record is 21-25-8= 50 pts...if that record was inverted
25-21-8=58 pts they would be in the playoffs...

Epic fail

Lost in all this is another blown lead late. Great call having your 4th line with nelson instead of mcdonald in the last 40 seconds of the game. No goalie plus terrible coach=disaster

I was at the game. Told my buddy lets get out of here and beat the traffic after watching the replay on the score board. He's like, "maybe we should stay just in case?". I said , "you're right God and Toronto hate the NY Islanders." After the call he just turned and looked at me.
