I thought this blog was about Hendricks? Lets forget about the collection on rusty trombone players and fans Vancouver has for a while.
The fan base here have been begging for size and truculance for years and the additions of Hendricks and Gazz are good IMO.....Hendricks would be nicer if he was 5 years youngier .....but for now....he'll do. Players like Pitlick or Moroz could learn from a guy like him. Those of you that want more funtional "pretty boys" can suck it! That's what we have too much of already....And look were it's got them.

i'd be surprised if buf takes ekblad, considering they have a very good crop of d-man prospects. the team is also the lowest in goals against this season. the team needs scoring help. edm needs defensive help.

Well since the lottery rules changed its harder for teams like Buff or Edmonton to keep their position in the draft. I just want the Oil to draft 1st or 2nd because they need to take Ekblad. If Buff drafts 1st I think they would take a Forward. If Calgary wins the lotto and drafts first its anyone's best guess.

Of course that is totally untrue as is Alberta is full of inbred right wing rednecks. I have lived in Alberta for 22 years of my life and BC for 23 years and both provinces are great and I loved my 10 years in Edmonton and 6 years in Calgary Of course , the mild climate on the West Coast is very attractive compared to 7 months of harsh winter which the prairies get most of the time.
