Yup, thats the MO for middle of the pack teams. They get hot for a stretch, then they'll be ice cold for a stretch.

Problem is this......... when they get hot, ya, they play a little bit better, but for the most part, there is a certain of luck that plays into it. But when they get cold, and they lose, there is no bad luck. They just lose and lose bad cause they suck.

Aside from maybe 8 teams, there are about 15 teams that are very similar. Leafs and Habs are amongst those 15 teams.
