It the education of it. People don't realize at what point they are "drunk" or over the limit. It's fine for people to tell us this is the magical number but how do we know how it feels? There has to be better education and then push for harsher penalties but education comes first.

They're out there... most of them dont' get main stream when it comes to music anymore because nobody wants to listen to Mozart or some kid writing new classical music.

I saw a 20/20 episode where this kid was writing music at some stupid young age (like 1). His notes were not shape in a "note" but they were shaped as a musical instrument, the cello. This was crazy because the child never saw a music script or seen a cello in his life but was writing the music anyway.

I totally do Miley Cyrus I think she (frank)ing smoking.
