Never saw any point in people griping about Zajac or Henrique's deals. Would you really rather have not locked them up and kept them on 1-2 year deals and always worried about them walking like Parise? They would've made a lot more in UFA and we aren't exactly a hot destination for players right now. I'm glad we have them locked up. |

Would yas Gelinas+Greene for Eberle?
I'm actually quite high on the threat that Gelinas brought to our power play and would have a hard time with it. |

I would not. As it is, Gelinas brings a positive element to our D that we wouldn't have without him. We don't have a rocket like his from the point from any other D in our system.. making him even more valuable. Merrill and Larsson seem to be more similar players to each other. Maybe send one of them.. with someone other than our best dman in Greene. |

No shot I don't think Eberle is good enough to be the primary offensive guy on a team. Shouldn't trade away two good dmen for one good forward. Any progress we make by adding him would be lost losing depth on D. |

It's like they don't even look at stats at all how they think Harrold, Volchenkov and Salvador are better options then Larsson, Gelinas and Merril is completely beyond me considering none of those young guys have single handidly lost us games while both Sal and A-train have. |

Pretty sure if we where keeping track Sal would be resposible for at least 8 losses. This guy has completely lost it. I don't get how Lou surrounds himself with people thinking it's okay either to keep Harold, Sal, and Volch all on the same d core going into the year. |

yea how is no one seeing this isn't working but I think it has to do with the olympic break thing if he didn't get sent down and played a few more games he wouldn't of been eligible to play in albany during the olympic break and some are saying Merril is next to go down so he can play during the break Gelinas has played to many or been up to long that he can't go down for it I believe unless Lou tries to outsmart the league again in an attempt to have no draft pics this year lol |

My brother said something like this so it's probably true. I'd imagine it's the same with Boucher or not who knows there. |

Interesting. I guess until he's back we'll see either Josefson or Loktionov in the top 6. Why not be optimistic! |

I don't mind JJ and find he is usually best in his third game in a row but right after that he is out of the line up so as soon as he picks his game up to speed from practice level to nhl game level he gets scratched yea he will struggle game one and two likely but the guy usually pics it up the more he plays and It's not hard to understand why when he hardly plays any games all he does is practice |

All star practice player. I'm in complete agreement the kid hasn't been given a fair shake by PDB. |

Hasn't he been killing the AHL for a few years? Just looked at his stats not exactly killing it but he is doing alright. |
