they're just really bad at clearing the puck when they have the chance. they tend to make soft plays off the glass and wall that just bounce to the blueline for the opposition dmen to keep the puck in and generate offense. it happens over and over and over and over and over. i'm (frank)ing sick of it.

and they miss the net a ton. jake missing the net put that whole sequence into action. and then read misses a point blank wide open chance from the slot. sigh.

100% agreed. its one thing being slow, its another to be slow and not be able to read the play, not cover people because your watching the puck, be out of position, or not being smart with the puck when you do have it.

he's been fine. the truth is the team gives up way too many good scoring chances, and too many shots. they're a bad defensive team, simple as that. nothing less than perfection and some luck is going to keep this team under 3 goals a night. it's a lot to ask.

In the grand scheme of things, I definitely agree.

I cant stand to see Luke Schenn on this team anymore, just a constant reminder of a horrid trade by Homer. He has swung some good ones but this was one will always hurt.
