MAB isn't a speedster but he skates ok...he's good defensively along the blueline and in coverage and brings lots of offensive potential. He looked pretty good at times given how little NHL experience he had when he was playing. I'm going to take a wait and see approach given what he's coming back from but I think he could be an underrated asset if healthy.

I have no issue with how Emery played in the shootout, I didn't think any of Islanders goals were cheap.

You take 3 out of 4 any day of the week. Does it blow to lose that game after being up? Consider it a wash as the Flyers did it to them two days ago. What I will say, while they are scoring goals their team defense has fallen off a Cliff. And the goaltending is suffering big time for it. They have to make THAT move for a defenseman. I just don't think it's there to make.

i dont know why it has such difficulty translating. a breakaway against MAF has like a 40 percent chance of being a goal in game action. but he is the best goalie in the league at shootouts
