I remember one night back in the very early 80's , it was really friggin cold. Maybe 2 degrees outside.
We were throwing back Rumple Minze in the van waiting for y'all on the corner of Amherst and Grant .
You guys never showed up that night and I was soooooo happy.
It was too damned cold to fight that night.

Myers can be had for the right price just like anyone on this roster that isn't named Zemgus Girgesnsons.
Zemgus is the only untouchable on this current roster.

St. Louis: Rattie and a 2015 2nd for Miller. We eat half salary and the Blues would need to trade Halak to make a fit under their cap.

Wash: Wilson and a 2015 1st. Again, we need to eat half of Miller's salary and not sure even that would fit under their cap.

In the end, a prospect and a pick is fair trade value imo and chances are better than 50/50 that Miller would re-sign in St. Louis, probably a bit less in Washington.

If Buffalo takes Halak back in that trade, that pick would have to be a 1st, which is what it should be in the first place due to how low the pick will be.

If Buffalo takes back Erat in the deal from Washington, expect more in return there as well.

You won't hear any of the experts question him.

He would be a beast with the team of defense and forwards St. Louis has.

Yea. My point with St. Louis is this, they obviously don't "need" Miller. However there are 4 bonafide contenders in the west this season. There will be an arms race between those 4 teams at the deadline and Miller, Moulson, and Ott might all go to one of St. Louis, LA, CHI, ANA.

Miller would put St. Louis right at the top IMO

I remember the days I was laughed at for saying Miller would one day end up playing for the St. Louis Blues.
Now it's the sexy thing to say.
