Ok, and I like your stance. I will also remember this when it comes to the Leafs, so I respect your viewpoint. I think fans from other teams are just annoyed that the Gm/Gm's Edmonton have had haven't really tried to improve the organisation. Kind if an integrity issue. Just happy picking as high as possible until...well no one really knows until when. (which is well within the rules). Just brings the game into disrepute (I think some fans feel that way).

Take my word for it, there is NO other fanbase that comes anywhere near to being as upset with the Edmonton Oilers organization, as Edmonton Oiler fans. There are no more draft parties being held. MacT is definitely trying to improve but he's had his work cut out for him from the start.

Not at all, but I will be concise if it will expedite this silliness. The whole "I'll accuse guys of being mad and then laugh at my own cleverness thing" isn't really clever, interesting or funny. Just converse like a human being. Its actually pretty easy.

I know I judge all players careers by their +/- in their first season. Rookies traditionally have a great rating, and it's probably the most important stat too.

I guess the idea of taking back salary didn't loosen anything up on the trade front.

It is starting to become annoying, NOBODY wants to make a mistake. It is like fear is basically killing the trade market. It's pretty boring to be honest.

I bet MacT would LOVE to move Yakupov, the problem is he won't get anywhere near his potential in return. He might also move Eberle, but I am not even sure how good the offers of Dmen are... I doubt anyone offers him a bona fide #1 or #2 Dmen. Thet are just too rare.
