Um I think thats a good trade. Two RFA players fromn the leafs. Scheifle I think has a higher ceiling isn't he a little bigger to.

Never did understand that trade of a 19 year old. If it was for a better rental like idk Gaborik i could see but what did they think they where getting. Big loss IMO. And now they cant even trade him for a pick with his cap right now.

If it was up to me I dont think those teams washinton or Pitts would want kadri so it would be Holland and gardiner. Then trade kadri for a 1st or prospect. The one trade i keep thinking of is kadri and gardiner for Big Buff but Nonis said has to be another center.

I don't know. Kadri has done a bit more at the NHL level but most would likely say Scheifele has the higher ceiling. There is also value in him making less than a million for the next two years before becoming an RFA.

I would think a small add in for the Leafs by way of middle pick or meh type prospect.

Could be very true. Good centers are just so rare now with we had Nonis when Stamkos was a rfa I was 100% convinced that summer that he wanted to leave and come home. If they gave him 10M offer sheet they could not have matched it.

Actually, you could save the Tambellini award for the guy who never logs in, or accepts/rejects trade proposals, just leaves them hanging. Doesn't ice a full lineup and generally doesn't check after the draft.
