Assuming they can re-sign him, it's a decent deal. I would have liked it better if I were an Oilers fan if they got a 4th or 5th for Dunbyk from Nashville and then made the Scrivens deal. Just think that Hendricks with 3 years still left at 1.85 will be a guy everyone in Edmonton will want to move as soon as next year.

He's good in the shootout.

Hopfully he can play the 3rd line. Maybe with Gordon and Hemmer

He's a solid pickup by the Oil. While I doubt that he's able to continue the pace he experienced in LA, I can tell you it seems like they managed to tweak his stance for the better. He's not doing that strange thing with his glove hand that he did last year.

Pretty decent deals for Edmonton IMO.

He shone in LA till some kid named Martin Jones set rookie records for goaltenders.

He doesn't suck but I agree he isn't a proven commodity. We arnt much better than we were at season start. Just hoping our goalie is the real deal
