with hamonic out of the lineup tonight we'd better see a lot more of dehaan...and not see amac play 25-30 minutes...or we're screwed.

This game is an important one, 2 points there for the taking if they take it seriously and play like they have been. I still see this as a trap game. Have a bad feeling about this one tonight.

With Hamonic out, Poulin might have to step up a little and make a couple of key saves. If he makes those saves and the offense is as good as it's been, Isles win. I agree, DeHaan will also need to be a major factor. Crazy to be leaning on a rookie defenseman with a handful of NHL games to play such an important role, but I really think this kid has the right stuff.

it would be nice to see them score 2-3 goals in the 1st and put the other team away for the rest of the game. These come from behind victories are not good for my stress levels.

come to think of it, this team has caused me more stress this year than work has.

....and, by my estimation, they can only afford about 7 or 8 of those AT MOST for the rest of the season if they want to make the playoffs. They need to play at a playoff level pretty much every night for the rest of the schedule.
